Unit 1 Reflection
A: what skills have you developed as part of this unit?
I have learned how to draw the human proportionally. I have also developed the skill of drawing facial features to create a portrait.
B: what did you want to learn about drawing the face? How did you accomplish it and what challenges did you encounter?
I have learned how to draw all the different parts and where each part goes. I accomplished this by practicing. I drew the parts of the face I had the most trouble on until I got better at it.
C: what do you still want to explore about figure or portrait work?
Personally, I didn't enjoy drawing the face and body that much. If I was too come back to this area, I don't want to learn more about drawing more realistic faces

Sequence of events, I split my paper into panels to show the coming of time

I chose to show the sunset at different times of the day. I chose this because I thought it would be a simple yet effective way to show a sequence of events.
3. What is most successful about your work? Why?
I think the watercolor sunset is the most successful, because the colors came out very well and showed the coming of time.
